The fort was quite small and simple when it was completed by ROC troops in 1949. It was rebuilt and improved in 1971 according to the instruction of Ma An Lan, the commander of Kinmen Defence Command.
Trenches and firing fortifications were added to the fort in the goal of being strong, persevering, fighting Independently and suppressing enemy at battle.

Introduction

The entrance of Fort Warrior is a castle style sentry box. With a military slogan of "Completely crushing enemy within 200 meters!" at the entrance, fully presents its strong ambition to fight against enemy.
